Aufgaben
- Translate company goals and product bets into priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans
- Coach, support, and challenge Product Managers
- Strengthen product discovery, problem framing, prioritization, experimentation, validation, and outcome measurement
- Lead quarterly planning cycles and challenge assumptions
- Help teams focus on the highest-impact opportunities
- Ensure teams define meaningful success metrics
- Challenge weak OKRs
- Continuously learn from results to improve future decisions
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Insights, Marketing, Finance, and Support
- Keep strategy, execution, and business goals aligned
- Continuously refine product processes, collaboration models, and operating rhythms
- Remove systemic blockers and friction
- Create visibility into PM impact
- Strengthen accountability
- Help the team grow into effective product leaders
