Anforderungen
- University degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Quality Management, or comparable technical field
- Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, Incoming Inspection, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Quality
- Experience with cleanroom environments, contamination control, and handling sensitive components (advantageous)
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex manufacturing or high-tech environments
- Experience working closely with Procurement and external suppliers
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and continuous improvement approaches
- Experience with quality management systems and audits
- Solid understanding of technical drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, and inspection methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven mindset
- Ability to build trusted relationships and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Lead, develop, and empower the Incoming Inspection team
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Define, implement, and improve incoming inspection concepts
- Define, implement, and improve quality standards for supplied components
- Define, implement, and improve risk-based control plans for supplied components
- Ensure incoming materials meet IMS quality requirements
- Support uninterrupted production operations
- Drive structured handling of non-conformities
- Drive structured root-cause analyses
- Drive structured corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Collaborate with Procurement to resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality to resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve quality issues
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve quality issues
- Implement sustainable corrective actions
- Support supplier qualification activities
- Support supplier development activities
- Support supplier audit activities
- Establish effective quality monitoring mechanisms
- Ensure timely escalation of quality-related risks
- Analyze incoming quality data
- Analyze supplier performance data
- Identify trends in quality and supplier performance
- Translate insights into measurable improvement initiatives
- Contribute to continuous enhancement of quality assurance processes
- Support implementation of company-wide quality objectives
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards
- Ensure compliance with internal requirements
- Ensure compliance with audit expectations
