  • Plan the balance sheet
  • Initiate bond portfolio strategies
  • Stabilize net interest income in volatile interest rate environments
  • Identify synergy opportunities with Finance and Risk Controlling
  • Leverage AI and data analytics to enhance Group ALM strategy
  • Establish and oversee liquidity target ranges for Network Units
  • Manage liquidity gaps and surpluses
  • Plan liquidity under ongoing business and stress conditions
  • Develop and coordinate liquidity contingency plans
  • Execute liquidity contingency measures
  • Develop and implement comprehensive bond portfolio strategies
  • Design and allocate risk limits for bond portfolios
  • Prepare and update detailed reports on portfolio performance and compliance
  • Enhance portfolio management processes with AI technology advancements
  • Analyze Network Unit balance sheet evolution for funding diversification
  • Develop group standards for liquidity and interest rate risk models
  • Identify opportunities for modeling improvements
  • Support external hedging activities under hedge accounting
  • Support Network Units in stabilizing the Bank's Net Interest Income (NII)
  • Lead or contribute to treasury initiatives for operational efficiency and strategic capabilities
  • Analyze performance indicators for serviced Network Unit ALM activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve income and cost components
  • Develop strategies to improve income and cost components
