- Implement, operate, and enhance infrastructure, cloud services, and business applications
- Implement, operate, and improve infrastructure solutions across cloud and on-premises environments
- Ensure seamless integration of applications, platforms, and services
- Optimize IT processes and landscape efficiency using APIs, automation, and scripting
- Support the reliable operation of IT systems
- Act as a trusted technical partner for APC employees and stakeholders
- Provide hands-on support for workplace technology, applications, devices, connectivity, and operational services
- Support users and troubleshoot devices, applications, or cloud services
- Support specialized systems for athlete monitoring, performance testing, medical services, research, and data acquisition
- Collaborate closely with practitioners, vendors, and technical stakeholders
- Play an active role in technology sourcing and vendor evaluations
- Participate in implementation projects and ongoing service management
- Identify suitable technology solutions
- Coordinate with partners on infrastructure, application, and platform initiatives
- Contribute to successful infrastructure, application, and platform initiatives
