- Ensuring compliance with global security standards
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Leveraging data, KPIs, and Red Bull ITSM standards for improvements
- Good understanding of AI and its applications in production
- Proven experience enhancing processes with AI (ideally)

- Manage the entire IT infrastructure lifecycle locally
- Oversee local network and server infrastructure
- Manage workplace services lifecycle
- Manage special-purpose clients lifecycle
- Coordinate IT security measures with global and area teams
- Monitor and control daily IT operations using KPIs and SLAs
- Act as the main point of contact for local business and IT teams
- Align business requirements with IT capabilities
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes with AI technologies
- Plan and execute IT projects using Red Bull's methodology
- Maintain and improve production-relevant IT infrastructure
- Deliver solutions according to Red Bull's guidelines and standards
- Ensure continuous operational improvement
- Coordinate external IT partners for daily support activities
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service agreements
- Coordinate service sourcing, hosting, and housing activities
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to IT processes
- Align IT processes with Red Bull's ITSM standards
- Leverage and promote enhancements to global and area services
- Contribute to the improvement of local IT services
- Evaluate and leverage AI-powered tools and automation capabilities
- Improve service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience
