- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and software
- Perform standardized tasks in Active Directory
- Manage permissions in accordance with IT policies
- Prepare and provide IT equipment for onboarding/offboarding
- Maintain IT asset documentation and knowledge base
