- Continuously optimize server infrastructure (On-Premises & Cloud)
- Participate in innovative IT projects
- Actively shape the system landscape
- Advise internal departments on IT technical issues
- Plan and implement IT solutions
- Provide third-level support
- Analyze and resolve complex issues at the highest escalation level
- Ensure high availability of IT services
- Participate in an on-call service
