Aufgaben
- Maintain and develop IT/OT infrastructure at production sites
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot networks and IT systems
- Maintain TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, and firewall rules
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in Windows, Linux, and network environments
- Maintain and develop secure remote access solutions
- Implement updates, patches, maintenance, and system changes
- Assist with segmentation and securing of production networks
- Maintain IT and OT hardware
- Provide support for lifecycle and asset management
- Prepare technical documentation for systems, networks, configurations, and changes
- Assist with analysis and resolution of technical vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, IT Security, Production, Automation, and Maintenance colleagues
- Participate in international IT, OT, and MES projects
- Support rollouts and technical implementations at international locations
- Participate in defining and implementing common technical standards for production sites
