Aufgaben
- Support operation and continuous improvement of the D365 Finance & Operations platform
- Assist with environment administration using Lifecycle Services and Power Platform Admin Center
- Manage software deployments, updates, and release activities
- Monitor platform performance and support troubleshooting
- Work with team members on incidents, upgrades, and technical improvements
- Contribute to international rollout, migration, and implementation projects
- Support maintenance and optimization of Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment processes
- Create and update technical documentation, guidelines, and knowledge articles
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
- Learn D365 architecture, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and IT operations
