Aufgaben
- Scout new technologies, solutions, start-ups, and trends
- Analyze technological developments and assess relevance
- Attend industry conferences, trade fairs, and events
- Build a relevant network and bring fresh impulses
- Work with Innovation Management and Professional Services
- Translate findings into clear, digestible formats
- Share knowledge internally and externally
- Monitor AI and automation for use cases
- Lead BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs operational activities
- Coordinate day-to-day innovation processes
- Organize and facilitate bi-weekly PoC sprints
- Evaluate ideas entering the innovation funnel
- Prioritize opportunities and initiate new PoCs
- Coordinate PoCs from idea validation to completion
- Ensure PoC transparency, alignment, and collaboration
- Document PoC outcomes for reusable knowledge
- Continuously improve Lab processes
- Foster an agile, execution-oriented innovation culture
- Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs nationally and internationally
- Act as a key contact for strategic collaborations
- Identify opportunities for joint innovation and research
- Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE at conferences and events
- Expand professional network and visibility
- Contribute to strategic initiatives across the organization
- Support new partnerships and innovation opportunities
- Ensure innovation outcomes are communicated effectively
- Support the creation of technical blogs and papers
- Prepare management-ready summaries and assessments
- Promote knowledge sharing across teams
- Translate innovation into long-term business value
