Anforderungen
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent proven experience
- Strong operations and production background, preferably automotive
- Experience in Tier 1 supplier or comparable industrial manufacturing
- Effective collaboration with plant leadership, production, quality, supply chain, and international stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, communication, training, and facilitation skills
- Hands-on shopfloor mentality
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Additional languages at iSi Automotive production sites are an advantage
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Aufgaben
- Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives across production, logistics, maintenance, quality, and supporting functions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using the iSi Automotive Lean Handbook and tools like 5S, value stream mapping, SMED, and Yamazumi.
- Support plant leadership in identifying productivity, efficiency, cost, quality, and lead-time improvement opportunities in high-volume automotive production processes.
- Coach managers, supervisors, engineers, and shopfloor teams in lean principles, tools, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops and ensure systematic implementation of sustainable countermeasures.
- Collaborate with local and global quality, production, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, and EHS teams.
- Promote operational discipline, safety, accountability, and fact-based decision-making.
