Aufgaben
- Understand business needs and manage complex cross-functional projects
- Develop innovative planning solutions supporting data-driven strategy
- Translate business and process requirements into functional concepts
- Drive business process improvements
- Develop sales and finance planning system concepts and processes
- Collect, analyze, and challenge business requirements for planning systems
- Define detailed requirements into system-based concepts for technical implementation
- Define scope, structure, and document requirements
- Ensure alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
- Deliver own projects or participate in complex projects as a business project manager
- Define project management approach and methodology
- Define project plans and work packages considering end-to-end process and data flow
- Set up realistic timelines considering resources and constraints
- Track progress and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
- Follow up on milestone achievement and document in project management tools
- Set priorities and communicate proactively with involved parties
- Shape the new finance and sales planning process and technical setup
- Contribute to the technological upgrade of planning processes and systems
- Define requirements and design processes and data flows for a future-proof planning framework
- Define and set up efficient testing concepts
- Execute detailed end-to-end solution testing
- Align with business stakeholders and orchestrate user acceptance testing
- Deliver detailed internal technical and process documentation
- Prepare cut-over plans for go-live
- Provide detailed training and conduct final handover to stakeholders
- Act as a second-level support contact for planning systems
- Support key users worldwide with process or system related issues
