- Design high-performance analog circuits, including linear regulators, switching converters, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, and high-speed PHYs
- Understand technical requirements and electrical specifications for analog circuits
- Define verification and validation methods to ensure spec compliance
- Ensure technical quality and on-schedule delivery
- Create high-quality documentation
- Interface with layout, digital, test, and quality teams
- Collaborate closely with design team members and other product development functions
- Observe and proactively act on trends in your field of knowledge
- Sense urgency for upcoming innovation and support feasibility studies
- Collaboratively create and support innovative ideas in your field of expertise
- Investigate new ideas, consider alternatives, and drive active risk management
- Represent technical competence in your field of knowledge within your BL/Functional Area
- Make a measurable impact on BL/Functional Area business value
- Implement strategy within your field of expertise
- Contribute to IP strategy in your field of expertise
- Drive technical decisions for BL/Functional Area and execute implementation
- Demonstrate active knowledge transfer and best practice sharing across organizational boundaries
- Exploit deviations to support continuous improvement
- Support problem-solving, generate analysis and hypotheses, draw conclusions from analysis, and derive lessons learned
