- Solid experience in project or technical procurement, ideally international/multi-site
- Strong negotiation skills and supplier/contract management experience

- Select and evaluate suppliers for product development and production
- Support cost reduction initiatives
- Assist with demand forecasting and stock optimisation
- Determine appropriate order quantities for product ramp-up and ramp-down
- Coordinate procurement activities across SKIDATA subsidiaries
- Contribute to global procurement projects
- Perform spend analysis and process harmonisation
- Improve procurement processes through KPI tracking
- Optimize procurement processes
- Implement AI-based tools and automation for procurement
- Collaborate across functions and countries
- Help build a connected global procurement organisation
