- Engineer with university degree or equivalent
- Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (CAPM, PMP, or PgMP)

Aufgaben
- Provide planning and technical coordination support for project delivery
- Contribute to the execution of the PRS strategy
- Support adherence to LeanPD principles and processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Foster a collaborative environment with colleagues across functions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and resource plans
- Provide regular updates on project progress
- Identify potential project risks and support mitigation activities
- Ensure effective project governance and compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance project methodologies, processes, and products
- Support the Engineering Manager in delivering LEAP projects
- Contribute to the successful execution of VAVE initiatives
- Build strong partnerships across teams and functions
- Share knowledge and encourage innovative thinking
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous learning
- Support the development of an agile project management environment
- Contribute to a culture that promotes collaboration and accountability
