- Construction professional with trade or other construction background
- Hands-on site experience and eye for detail
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification
- ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification (training provided if needed)
- Degree or Trades background
- Construction project experience managing quality and environmental aspects
- Knowledge of organization Quality management systems
- Understanding of Environmental Management Systems requirements
- Understanding of Company’s auditing process
- Auditing project sites for quality and environmental procedures
- Data Centre experience desirable

- Promote, develop, and implement project quality and environmental procedures
- Assist with continual improvement of quality and environmental procedures
- Review and interpret specifications
- Develop adequate inspection and test plans (ITP)
- Complete and record work inspections for compliance
- Record defects and issue corrective action instructions
- Develop and implement project environmental plans
- Complete quality and environmental audits
- Audit project sites for procedure implementation
