Aufgaben
- Review lease agreements, amendments, side letters, and related documents
- Identify contractual and commercial risks, opportunities, and deviations
- Ensure agreed commercial terms are accurately reflected in contracts
- Coordinate contractual topics with landlords and internal stakeholders
- Support negotiation and finalization of new lease agreements
- Monitor lease terms, notice periods, break options, extensions, and key milestones
- Identify locations requiring contractual, commercial, or strategic action
- Analyze lease conditions and identify portfolio optimization opportunities
- Prepare recommendations for extensions, renegotiations, relocations, or closures
- Maintain an overview of portfolio risks, opportunities, and upcoming decisions
- Collaborate with Expansion, Retail, Finance, Legal, Construction, and other functions
- Build relationships with landlords and take ownership of selected negotiations
