Anforderungen
- 2+ years training/deploying robot learning or MSc/PhD in policy learning
- Experience deploying and debugging neural-network policies on physical robots
- Advanced proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Practical proficiency with Linux, ROS 1 and 2, Docker, Singularity
- Strong knowledge of imitation learning, dataset curation, benchmarking discipline
- Hands-on experience with VLA or robot foundation models
- Experience with industrial manipulators or mobile robots in production-like settings
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer and synthetic data generation
- Experience with linear models such as state-space, RNNs, or xLSTM
- Publications at robotics or ML venues, or open-source contributions
Aufgaben
- Maintain robot/workstation uptime; optimize experimental throughput
- Integrate sensors, compute units, and end-effectors
- Maintain high-throughput, fault-tolerant multimodal data pipelines
- Automate data validation, quality scoring, and versioning
- Establish reproducible real-world evaluation protocols
- Measure success, task times, and OOD robustness
- Diagnose hardware, network, inference, and training bottlenecks
- Translate hardware failures into research and data updates
- Fine-tune and optimize VLA, imitation, and diffusion policies
- Deploy policies in low-latency hardware loops
