- Proven experience in automotive Battery Management Systems (Tier 1 or OEM background preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership of global technical teams supporting customers and partners
- Strong problem-solving capability and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
Aufgaben
- Lead and scale global applications engineering teams
- Define and execute Automotive BMS application engineering strategy
- Drive organizational excellence, including hiring and performance management
- Establish and enforce best practices for design methodologies
- Lead system validation activities
- Drive device firmware development for software-defined hardware
- Provide software enablement for customers
- Drive AUTOSAR enablement, including configuration tools
- Deliver hardware enablement via reference designs
- Ensure high-quality delivery of application collateral
- Support system-level architecture and design-in activities
- Drive development of virtual prototyping platforms
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and processes
- Act as executive technical interface for key automotive OEMs
- Drive design-in and design-win activities
- Support customers during integration, validation, and issue resolution
- Translate customer requirements into product improvements
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and roadmap
- Collaborate with R&D, Systems, and Product Definition
- Collaborate with Sales on customer engagement
- Influence product definitions based on field insights
- Drive partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders
