- Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate into practical processes
- High integrity, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility for compliance
Aufgaben
- Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and export control laws
- Manage and oversee import and export activities
- Determine tariff classifications, customs valuation, and country of origin
- Monitor export control classifications and dual-use assessments
- Coordinate and manage applications for export licenses and permits
- Develop, implement, and maintain customs and export control policies
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits for compliance gaps
- Review and approve shipping documents, invoices, and customs records
- Serve as the primary contact for customs authorities and agencies
- Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready customs and export compliance records
- Support investigations of potential violations and lead corrective actions
- Drive process improvements and digitalization in trade compliance
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving international trade
