Anforderungen
- Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years industry experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- At least 2 years in security-focused role
- Deep hands-on experience operating and securing Kubernetes in production
- Kubernetes access control, network policies, and multi-tenancy
- Strong experience with identity and access management (OIDC/OAuth2)
- Strong experience with secrets management (e.g. Vault)
- Strong experience with PKI
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices
- Scripting in Python, Bash, and/or Go
- Solid Linux hardening skills
- Good understanding of container isolation and runtime security
- Experience with observability
- Experience with security monitoring
- Experience with network security
- Self-starter with limited supervision
- Fluent English communication
- Eligibility to work in Austria
- Experience with software supply chain security
- Experience with policy-as-code
- Experience with HPC environments
- Experience securing GPU and AI/ML workloads
Aufgaben
- Own the security of the multi-tenant AI platform
- Manage tenant isolation, identity, and access
- Manage secrets and network security across Kubernetes and HPC
- Build and operate secure, automated CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
- Embed security into every stage of delivery
- Lead vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response
- Implement technical controls for ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIS2 compliance
