- Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
- Align stakeholders
- Ensure disciplined execution from concept through manufacturing transfer
- Lead complex, cross-functional product development programs
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and project health
- Coordinate geographically distributed teams, multi-site development, and offshore manufacturing
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans
- Include milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource requirements
- Drive execution through structured reviews
- Provide leadership across engineering, product marketing, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Align priorities and resolve roadblocks
- Ensure timely delivery of business-critical objectives
- Lead multi-site program coordination across U.S. and European development teams
- Coordinate offshore manufacturing teams on priorities, schedules, and risks
- Ensure transfer-to-production readiness
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues
- Drive mitigation and contingency planning
- Employ risk-reduction activities like FMEA and DFx reviews
- Strengthen execution and product outcomes
