- Check lead-times and other dependencies for projects
- Guide risk identification during projects
- Develop risk response measures
- Challenge project contributors on estimates and deliverables
- Minimize complexity in all project phases
- Coordinate daily team business
- Delegate tasks efficiently to project members
- Drive project execution
- Coordinate activities of various teams according to ams OSRAM I2T/I2P development process
- Ensure projects reach milestones on time, on budget, and on spec
- Lead problem resolution
- Seek alternative paths when faced with setbacks
- Coordinate upcoming changes during projects
- Take qualitative and quantitative impacts into account for changes
- Track project progress using amsOSRAM project management standards
- Report project progress using amsOSRAM project management standards
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
