- Design, implement, and maintain features across cloud applications
- Write unit tests to demonstrate expected behavior
- Own user stories from requirements clarification through development testing
- Support Quality Engineers through final verification
- Resolve identified defects
- Identify assumptions and clarify acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish feature correctness
- Contribute to frontend, backend, and service integration work
- Collaborate with teammates and the specialized testing team
- Make technical decisions accounting for correctness, maintainability, security, performance, and testability
- Use AI-assisted development tools to support implementation, investigation, and testing
- Critically evaluate generated solutions
- Remain accountable for the design and behavior of generated solutions
- Participate in code reviews
- Resolve defects with evidence-based investigation
- Work with containerized applications and Kubernetes/Helm configurations
- Collaborate with platform teams on containerized applications
- Adhere to quality control procedures for medical-product software
- Adhere to development lifecycle requirements for medical-product software
- Adhere to documentation requirements for medical-product software
- Communicate progress, uncertainties, and blockers clearly
- Seek guidance early when needed
