Aufgaben
- Coordinate temperature-controlled international transports for CEE, Baltic States, Balkan area, CIS countries, and Mongolia from Vienna, adhering to GDP guidelines
- Reconcile product quantities for transports with the Head of SC&L
- Manage demand planning and replenishment for selected countries
- Facilitate supply review meetings with countries, HUB, and Headquarters stakeholders
- Oversee demand and stock coverage, implementing mitigation actions to prevent supply disruptions
- Generate, manage, and maintain all transport-related documentation, including customs and export paperwork
- Process and post outgoing invoices and credit notes for customers in the CEE, Balkan, and Baltics regions
- Verify open incoming invoices from suppliers and transport companies
- Coordinate logistical processes across Finance, Controlling, and Regulatory departments
- Dispatch APIs (Working standards, Samples, Dangerous goods) with Pharmaceuticals Affairs
- Perform monthly consignment stock closures, including invoicing and stock level monitoring
- Oversee the annual inventory at the external warehouse
