- Manage overall supply chain readiness for the Embedded Power Business
- Focus on NPI projects
- Define and execute regional sourcing strategies with focus on localization
- Develop supply base in EMEA
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment across regions and product lines
- Monitor and act on supply chain KPIs
- Act as escalation point for critical supply risks
- Ensure rapid mitigation and business continuity
- Optimize and standardize processes with AI
