Aufgaben
- Analyze existing SCM processes end-to-end
- Identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, digitalization, and automation
- Act as SCM subject-matter counterpart to DDIT for ERP, workflow, reporting, automation, and AI
- Represent SCM business requirements and priorities to DDIT
- Translate SCM business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process maps
- Develop prioritization proposals for SCM initiatives
- Drive SCM-specific continuous improvement initiatives for ERP-supported processes
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence and DDIT on business requirements
- Proactively identify and prioritize value-adding SCM use cases for automation, data analytics, and AI
- Define business value and requirements for automation, data analytics, and AI use cases
- Partner with DDIT on technical assessment and implementation of new capabilities
- Support governance of SCM system changes by assessing business impact
- Assess process fit, user readiness, testing needs, and adoption requirements for system changes
- Coordinate and facilitate workshops with SCM, IT, and stakeholders
- Document current SCM processes
- Define target SCM processes
- Align implementation priorities with stakeholders
- Define and support test scenarios for SCM-relevant system changes
- Support user acceptance testing for SCM-relevant system changes
- Support business validation activities for SCM-relevant system changes
