- University degree in translation, language technology, computational linguistics, AI, or comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on, proactive personality with solution-oriented mindset
- Strong project management, coordination, and prioritization skills
- Analytical and process-design skills with passion for improving complex workflows
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional role, collaborating with stakeholders, agencies, and providers
- English and German at C1 level; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with TMS software, terminology management, translation memories, localization QA, and multilingual publishing processes including AI-supported workflows
- Practical experience with AI-supported translation technologies, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
- Knowledge of SCHEMA ST4, Adobe FrameMaker, and project management tools of advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Experience in coordinating international stakeholders, translation agencies, and external service providers
Aufgaben
- Manage international translation and localization projects
- Optimize translation processes with new technologies and AI
- Develop scalable AI-supported translation and localization solutions
- Coordinate translators, reviewers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and other functions
- Manage terminology, glossaries, and translation memories
- Administer and configure translation management software
- Identify and implement process gaps and optimization opportunities
- Evaluate, test, and introduce new AI-supported solutions
- Define and monitor KPIs for translation quality and efficiency
- Define and maintain translation standards, workflows, and best practices
