- Expand Financial Lines business in Austria, focusing on D&O insurance
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies for profitable growth
- Deliver high-quality service to clients and brokers
- Analyze risks and craft tailored insurance solutions
- Foster strong client and broker relationships
- Contribute to market leadership in the Central Europe Region
- Underwrite new and renewal Financial Lines business, including D&O
- Ensure profitability and adherence to underwriting guidelines
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions for profitable deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Provide excellent service as a trusted point of contact
- Ensure accurate and timely policy documentation
- Maintain policy files
- Conduct risk assessments and make underwriting decisions
- Analyze client financials, industry trends, and exposure data
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in Austria and Central Europe
- Adjust strategies based on market and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with Claims, Legal, and Actuarial teams
- Support comprehensive risk evaluation
- Contribute to professional growth through training and development
- Stay current on industry practices and product innovations
