Aufgaben

Service clients in day-to-day work
Manage full account administration on an execution-only basis
Handle documentation formalities for daily operations and projects
Execute trades and handle routine inquiries and transactions
Manage documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Ensure operational client account management
Interact independently with internal and external stakeholders
Provide clients with relevant information
Deliver best service quality in a fast, professional, and friendly manner
Ensure excellent administration of client accounts and for the Bank
Attend incoming calls and emails
Handle orders, trades, and transactions promptly
Process deposits and loans
Manage account openings for new clients
Process account changes for existing clients
Ensure accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation
Maintain client identification documentation (CDB)
Process account opening forms and other legal forms
Interact with clients globally in an independent and professional manner
Proactively lead client relationships and related tasks
Manage internal projects impacting account relationships
Solve administrative issues arising from projects
Maintain and update relevant systems
Collect necessary documentation for projects
Organize work efficiently and compliantly
Inform superiors in a timely and appropriate manner
Conduct reviews and plan ahead
Document own work at all times
Share relevant information, ideas, findings, and research with colleagues
Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, and operations
Remain up-to-date on business products, processes, and operations
