Handle routine enquiries and transactions
Manage documentation for regulatory requirements
Liaise with clients
Manage client accounts on an execution-only basis
Attend to incoming calls and emails
Handle orders, trades, and transactions promptly
Handle deposits and loans
Manage account openings for new clients
Manage account changes for existing clients
Ensure accurate client relationship documentation
Maintain client identification documentation
Complete account opening forms and legal forms
Interact with clients globally
Take the lead in client relationships and related tasks
Manage internal projects impacting account relationships
Solve administrative issues in projects
Maintain and update relevant systems
Collect necessary documentation for projects
Organize work in an efficient and compliant manner
Inform superior of timely and appropriate information
Conduct reviews and plan own work
Document own work
Share information, ideas, findings, and research with colleagues
Become a subject matter expert on business products, processes, and operations
Stay up-to-date on business products, processes, and operations
