Aufgaben
- Provide expert IFRS accounting and impact assessments for M&A, alliances, financing, tax, divestments, and system implementations
- Resolve complex technical accounting matters in alignment with IFRS and the Roche Group accounting manual
- Prepare year-end and half-year external IFRS consolidated financial statements
- Lead and manage technical accounting operations for monthly closing and external reporting
- Translate IFRS and other reporting standards into operational reporting specifications
- Update the Group accounting manual as necessary
- Facilitate internal financial training events and update training materials
- Ensure an effective internal control system
- Identify and implement process improvements
