Aufgaben
- Own and evolve AI/automation technical platforms
- Act as technical expert for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Customer Center
- Define and maintain governance, architecture, development, security, and operational standards, ensuring compliance
- Support assessing, designing, and implementing AI/automation use cases, covering feasibility, complexity, effort, and solution design
- Develop reusable components, solution patterns, standards, best practices, and self-service capabilities
- Ensure stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions, including releases, changes, and deployments
- Monitor solution performance and service quality for scalability and reliability
- Manage platform configuration, licensing, lifecycle, and vendor relationships
