Anforderungen
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure services interactions
- Experience implementing, operating, or owning CRM, customer service, contact centre, or business application platforms
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, data integration, reporting, and AI/ML use cases
- Ability to act as trusted advisor between business and technology teams, translating requirements into practical solutions
- Understanding of platform governance, release management, application lifecycle management, vendor management, and service operations
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, data flows, and comparable enterprise business application platforms is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Drive implementation, transition, and operationalization of CRM and contact centre solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert for D365 and Power Platform.
- Advise stakeholders on solution design, improvements, and adoption.
- Manage platform enhancements, release planning, configuration changes, and adoption of new capabilities.
- Coordinate vendors, business stakeholders, support teams, and architects for platform services.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions.
- Monitor service performance, usage trends, operational issues, and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and innovation.
- Contribute to roadmap planning, governance, cost management, architecture reviews, and expansion initiatives.
