- Ensure Data & AI projects generate expected impact
- Offer development from pre-sales to delivery
- Manage ongoing client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Help clients achieve data & AI ambitions
- Identify value-adding use cases
- Assess client maturity
- Execute data & AI transformation roadmaps
- Lead use case discovery for bespoke AI solutions
- Manage product backlogs for AI solutions
- Supervise delivery teams for AI solutions
- Ensure user acceptance of AI solutions
- Align data/AI platform architectures to user requirements
- Define service and operating models for data/AI platforms
- Oversee delivery of data products
- Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary stakeholders
- Bridge gap between delivery teams and business stakeholders
- Support consultants and business developers across sales pipeline
- Participate in early positioning meetings
- Develop concrete consulting proposals
- Act as an ambassador and thought leader for the discipline
- Publish impactful content
- Speak at professional events
- Develop reusable assets to improve team effectiveness
- Create packaged consulting offerings
- Develop templates
- Create demonstrators
