- Coordinate and manage air import and export operations
- Take ownership of assigned customer shipments from booking to final invoicing
- Ensure operational accuracy and timely execution of shipments
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and international regulations
- Provide a high level of customer service for shipments
- Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, agents, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Provide clients with shipment updates and address inquiries
- Resolve client issues related to shipments
- Identify and address issues or delays in the shipping process
- Implement corrective actions for shipping issues or delays
- Ensure shipment profitability through cost control
- Verify vendor costs accurately
- Bill customers accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage customer invoicing
- Verify and process carrier and vendor invoices
- Ensure all shipments comply with international regulations
- Ensure all shipments comply with customs laws
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies
