Aufgaben
- Manage release processes for Avaloq software changes
- Coordinate and plan test campaigns for monthly client releases (UPL) and Hot Fixes (EME)
- Coordinate and plan End of Period test simulations for all clients
- Ensure test environment availability for client UAT
- Track and distribute test results to management and clients
- Provide stakeholders with content scope for UPL and EME releases
- Liaise with Release Management on content scope
- Manage client acceptance environment usage plans across projects and AMS
- Orchestrate installation of bug fixes with Development and Release Management
- Perform compliance/audit Key Controls
- Manage client relationships through appropriate communication
- Manage defects and reporting
- Manage testing, defect tracking, and statistics tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement of test management processes and procedures
