- Experience with full component traceability
- Experience handling/assembling products with hazardous materials (advantageous)

- Hands-on, precise, detail-oriented approach
- Methodical work, following procedures without cutting corners
- Understanding of responsibility for assembling safety-critical products
- Ability to stay focused under pressure

Aufgaben
- Assemble and integrate solid rocket motor components following procedures, drawings, and work instructions
- Perform mechanical fitting, torquing, sealing, and bonding operations
- Conduct pre- and post-assembly inspections
- Verify component identities, lot numbers, and conformance before and after assembly steps
- Complete assembly records and documentation accurately for every unit
- Maintain traceability of all components and sub-assemblies
- Pack finished rocket motors and energetic sub-assemblies for transfer or delivery
- Comply with transport regulations (ADR/SDR) and packing procedures
- Handle and store energetic components in compliance with safety protocols
- Support incoming inspection of mechanical parts and sub-assemblies
- Flag non-conformances and quarantine suspect items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe assembly area
- Contribute to continuous improvement of assembly processes and procedures
