Anforderungen
- Background in chemistry, chemical production, or related technical field
- Chemielaborant EFZ qualification is a plus
- Hands-on experience in chemical/process manufacturing
- Ideally batch production experience
- Experience with energetic, pyrotechnic, or hazardous materials is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with safety-critical production procedures
- Familiarity with hazardous materials handling
- Familiarity with relevant Swiss regulations (SUVA, StFV)
- Ability to follow and maintain SOPs
- Ability to follow and maintain batch records with accuracy and discipline
- Experience with quality control in production/laboratory
- Experience with in-process inspection in production/laboratory
- High attention to detail
- Methodical, safety-first approach to production activities
- Fluent in German or English is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Mix, cast, and cure solid rocket motor propellant
- Weigh, prepare, and handle energetic and chemical raw materials
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Record process parameters accurately
- Complete batch documentation fully and accurately
- Maintain traceability of materials and production records
- Perform in-process quality checks and inspections
- Identify and escalate non-conformances
- Support assembly, integration, and packaging of the final product
- Support troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and compliant
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and safety practices
