- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory environments
- Good communication skills for global, cross-functional team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel internationally (~20% of time)
- Master Degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial environment
- Experience with digitalization or Industry 4.0 initiatives

- Understand, maintain, and extend PLC libraries and coding standards
- Support design, configuration, and troubleshooting of SCADA platforms
- Design and develop new software productivity tools for automation engineering
- Maintain and enhance existing internal software tools built on .NET
- Apply experience with industrial communication protocols to support integration
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to improve automation software development
- Develop the next generation of IT tools supporting global Automation team activities
- Collaborate with the Digitalization team on global tool strategy
- Partner with automation and digitalization stakeholders across global offices
