- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork ability

- Perform routine sample preparation of drug product samples with an automated liquid handler
- Maintain automation systems
- Design, develop, program, and implement automated solutions using various digital platforms
- Act as a subject matter expert in automation and digitalization
- Lead various workstreams
- Participate in root cause analysis for automation-related issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for automation issues
- Ensure automation activities comply with GxP regulations
- Ensure automation activities comply with safety standards
- Ensure automation activities comply with company policies
- Engage with automation scientists and stakeholders
- Propose and implement automated solutions
