- Hands-on experience deploying assembly and packaging automation
- Direct expertise with high-speed discrete robotics
- Direct expertise with collaborative robots (cobots)
- Direct expertise with track-and-trace serialization
- Direct expertise with auto-injector assembly
- Direct expertise with robotic palletizing
Aufgaben
- Identify, develop, and integrate robotics into manufacturing architecture
- Deploy innovations including AMRs, cobots, automated equipment, and AI material handling
- Align technological advancements with operational excellence
- Lead robotics deployment projects from concept through qualification
- Drive feasibility assessments, PoC trials, and pilot implementations
- Establish clear business cases before network-wide scaling
- Convert global technology roadmaps into site-level execution plans
- Establish, embed, and validate global hardware, software, safety, control, and cybersecurity standards
- Act as the primary execution liaison connecting cross-functional teams
- Integrate robotic controllers, fleet management systems, and computer vision into site architectures
- Manage robotics and automation vendors end-to-end
- Conduct technical evaluations and RFP development for vendors
- Manage vendor contract engagement and design reviews
- Monitor vendor performance
