Anforderungen
- Proven experience leading BI, Analytics, or Data Management initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or related field
- Proven experience building scalable BI solutions using Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts
- Experience with data warehouses and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience with modern data stack technologies
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
- Experience in Agile project management environments
- Relevant certifications (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.)
Aufgaben
- Define and execute Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap
- Design, develop, and evolve dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Empower teams with self-service analytics capabilities
- Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with leaders to identify analytical opportunities
- Define reporting requirements with business leaders
- Drive adoption and improvement of reporting tools
- Monitor and enhance reporting performance and usability
- Own, maintain, and evolve the BI platform (Metabase)
- Establish BI standards, governance, and best practices
- Champion a data-driven culture across the organisation
- Prioritise BI initiatives based on business value
- Act as a trusted analytics partner to various teams
- Own end-to-end analytics initiatives
- Align stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence
- Drive measurable business impact through analytics
- Analyse customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention
- Inform commercial strategy and pricing decisions
- Support strategic analyses and forecasting with leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Establish and maintain high standards for data quality
- Define and maintain business metrics and KPI definitions
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams
- Champion data governance initiatives
- Translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Lead BI initiatives end-to-end
- Manage priorities and balance competing business needs
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure BI solutions are scalable and maintainable
