- Provide functional support for finance and accounting applications
- Identify, resolve, and troubleshoot functional support issues
- Participate in quality controls for new application releases
- Document new application release notes
- Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure timely and reliable service delivery
- Escalate major incidents to the incident management team
- Organize and manage meetings with bank partners
- Monitor the backlog of tickets
- Analyze balance sheets in SAP
- Provide quality training for bank users
- Participate in new application release testing
- Work closely with development and production teams
- Maintain regular contact with bank partners' finance teams
- Propose process improvements to the head of Application Support
