- Act as a trusted partner to the Regional Sales Head DACH
- Define and execute the region's strategic priorities
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, business plans, and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities
- Support regional business development strategies
- Prepare high-quality presentations and management reports
- Prepare business materials for stakeholders, clients, and forums
- Provide proactive support for day-to-day business management
- Support leadership meetings preparation and follow-up
- Manage agendas and track actions for leadership meetings
- Coordinate stakeholders for leadership meetings
- Act as a central coordination point across teams and functions
- Ensure timely communication and efficient information flow
- Coordinate complex agendas, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Ensure effective prioritization and smooth execution of arrangements
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional projects
- Ensure project delivery against timelines and objectives
- Ensure project delivery against global priorities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support sales enablement activities
- Provide CRM oversight (Salesforce)
- Monitor sales pipeline
- Track business performance
