- Act as a trusted partner to the Regional Sales Head DACH
- Define and execute the region's strategic priorities
- Coordinate strategic initiatives, business plans, and KPIs
- Ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Identify growth opportunities
- Support regional business development strategies
- Prepare high-quality presentations and management reports
- Prepare business materials for stakeholders, clients, and forums
- Provide proactive support in day-to-day business management
- Support the preparation and follow-up of leadership meetings
- Manage agendas, track actions, and coordinate stakeholders for meetings
- Act as a central coordination point across teams and functions
- Ensure timely communication and efficient information flow
- Coordinate complex agendas, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Ensure effective prioritization and smooth execution of arrangements
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional projects
- Ensure project delivery against timelines, objectives, and global priorities
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support sales enablement activities
- Oversee CRM (Salesforce)
- Monitor pipeline and track business performance
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Support onboarding and team integration initiatives
- Ensure adherence to internal governance standards
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate governance-related processes, approvals, and documentation
