- Strong analytical mindset and interest in environmental data/sustainability
- Familiarity with GHG Protocol, LCA, or carbon footprinting
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with quantitative datasets
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, independent work, international team collaboration
Aufgaben
- Collect, organize, and validate sustainability data worldwide
- Administer sustainability reporting systems and databases, including data quality checks and documentation
- Collect and analyze sustainability data, including GHG emissions and environmental metrics
- Prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and disclosures for stakeholders
- Prepare submissions for ESG ratings, assessments, and sustainability initiatives (e.g. CDP, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact)
- Research sustainability topics, reporting requirements, emission factors, and best practices
- Contribute to sustainability projects with Procurement, Operations, and Product Management
- Develop communication, training, and awareness materials for sustainability reporting and ESG topics
- Coordinate activities, including stakeholder follow-up, document management, and tracking deliverables
- Benchmark, assess gaps, and drive continuous improvement in sustainability reporting and data management
