Aufgaben
- Support adoption, implementation, and growth of hospital IT software
- Act as the primary customer success lead
- Work with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners
- Ensure successful deployments and high customer satisfaction
- Drive long-term business growth
- Help customers maximize value of healthcare technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for expansion and renewal
- Serve as the primary customer contact after contract signature
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Lead customer onboarding, implementation coordination, training, and go-live activities
- Proactively manage risks, escalations, and customer support requirements
- Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams on presales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with IQVIA global teams, partners, and delivery organizations
- Gather and document customer requirements
- Ensure alignment with product and roadmap priorities
- Support healthcare data integration and interoperability initiatives
- Monitor customer health, platform usage, adoption metrics, and value realization
