Anforderungen
- Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing, pharma, or Industrial Products industry
- Experience with global cybersecurity functions (Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring, or strategy and regulations)
- Leadership skills and ability to build a winning team in multi-cultural environment
- Significant experience in business development or strategic account management
- Problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills
- Experience leading and working with diverse teams
- Industry leading knowledge of technology trends in Security, OT and Manufacturing
- Ability to conceptualize and pitch prototype/proof of concept creation for clients
- Effective communication, interaction, and influence with business and operational stakeholders/partners
- Ability to deliver innovative solutions and demonstrate customer outcomes; prior security consulting experience is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of global standards/frameworks (IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.)
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent consulting skills
- Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers
- Fluent English; German or French are a plus

- Find opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working
- Foster an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Drive and own the development of strategic client relationships
- Influence and facilitate long-term relationships that add value to the firm and clients
- Pursue and deliver large, complex opportunities to solve client security challenges
- Deliver Supply chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services Transformation programs globally
- Advise clients on defining Target Operating models for IT-OT convergence
- Build a winning team to support growth in the cyber space
- Conceptualize and deliver complex security transformation projects
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Security teams
- Build long-term strategic relationships with clients and key vendors
- Grow and develop a global delivery team
