Anforderungen
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience delivering complex data migration projects in enterprise environments
- Experience with CRM systems in financial industries
- Hands-on experience with large datasets and mission-critical business systems
- Ability to develop complex automation, validation, transformation, and migration scripts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Very good English level (verbal/written)

- Perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL
- Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and impact analyses
- Generate migration reports
- Design, develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end data migration solutions for CRM systems
- Analyze source and target systems to define migration strategies and mapping specifications
- Perform detailed data mapping, transformation, and loading activities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL, PL/SQL, and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve migration-related data issues, anomalies, and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and developers to gather migration requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support during migration planning, execution, and post-go-live activities
- Document migration processes, technical specifications, and operational procedures
